Shipping policy

New Zealand Shipping

We offer shipping within New Zealand for NZ$7. The shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Dispatch time is separate from the delivery estimate below.

Couriers and Delivery

We send orders with Aramex or NZ Post. Estimated delivery is 2–4 days after dispatch.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Courier delays or events outside our control may affect arrival times.

Track Your Order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your parcel. You can also visit our Track Your Order page for tracking options through your customer account or the Shop app.

Address Changes

If you need to correct your delivery address, email lestomesnz@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address so we can check whether a change is possible.

Delivery Delays
