Returns & Exchanges

We totally get it — life is full and things happen. If your order isn’t quite right, we’ll sort it.

Because our nails are a hygiene product, we can’t accept returns on opened or used sets. But if something arrives damaged or not what you ordered, let us know within 7 days, and we’ll fix it — no stress.

What are press on nails?

The benefits of press on nails:

REUSABLE Each set includes adhesive tabs you need to apply over and over again.

CONVENIENT Reduce hours at the salon with quick 10 min application at home. Approx. 10-15 mins to remove.

AFFORDABLE cheaper than weekly salon visits.

NON-DAMAGING Built for temporary wear to leave your natural nails damage-free.

CUSTOMISABLE Use the file to re-shape and adjust the length if desired or use our Nail Cutter to shorten.

TEMPORARY Great for weddings, events or weekends. Change your look to suit your vibe.

SOLID COLOURS Avoid patchy nail polish and pricey customized nail designs.

How long do press on nails last?

Within each nail set we provide your with all the tools for both short and long term wear.

For short-term wear, approx. 1-3 days, use the adhesive tabs. Additional adhesive tabs are sold separately to re-use your nails over and over again.

For long-term wear, 2-3 weeks, after prep, apply the glue to adhere to your natural nail.

Note that these estimates can vary depending on your lifestyle prep/application technique!

How do I reuse my nails?

Our nails are designed to be durable and long-lasting so that they can be reused.

If applied with short-wear adhesive tabs, simply purchase additional adhesive tabs (sold in packs of 3) to reuse over and over again.

If applied with glue, simply buff off the residue glue from the nail using our nail filer and place them back in the Les Tomes pouch for next use.

Can I change the shape/length of the nails?

Yes. Love the design but don't love the shape? Customize to suit your style.

We made all designs medium-long so you can file or trim them at any time.

Why do the colours of the nails look different online?

We have taken every consideration to preview our nail colours and shapes accurately online. However, due to screens, phones and other devices colours displaying differently this is unavoidable.
